Have a question about a course or trouble opening your lessons? Tell us the course name, your order reference, and what happened. Never send card details, passwords, or your full private access link.

For access and downloads

Course and download links expire after 24 hours. Reopen your private order page to refresh them while your purchase remains valid. If you saved the order on this browser, find it in My learning. Download the course ZIP and keep a local backup.

For a technical problem

Include the course and lesson name, your browser and device, and the exact error message. If you are using an optional offline lab, include the Python version and the relevant error text. Remove personal data and credentials from any example you share.

For a purchase question

If a file is damaged, access is missing, or the content materially differs from its description, include your order reference and a short explanation. We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate correction or remedy. Read the refund policy for details.

Course support covers purchase and access questions. Live tutoring, individual exercise grading, and custom automation implementation are not included.
