This notice explains how KimboJersey, operated by KimboJersey Academy, handles information used to provide courses and fulfill purchases.
Purchase and learning information
Stripe collects payment and billing information on its hosted checkout. This site does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. We store an order reference, purchased course identifiers, total, payment status, consent record, and relevant payment references to fulfill purchases and handle payment events.
For purchased courses, lesson completion is linked to the order. Knowledge-check selections and exercise acknowledgement are sent to the server to check the answer and update completion. Your exercise text is not submitted. There is no password-based customer account.
Private links and browser storage
Your shopping bag and verified private order links are saved in this browser’s local storage when available. My learning lists purchases saved on this device; it is not an account shared across devices. A private order link allows access to a purchase, so protect it and do not share it. Use the Forget option in My learning on shared devices, or clear site storage in your browser.
This site does not include advertising trackers or an analytics script. Browser storage used here does not track you across websites.
Support and service operation
If you contact support, the information in your message is used to respond. Hosting and request logs may contain network addresses, times, and technical information needed for operation, security, and troubleshooting. Avoid sending private access links or unnecessary personal data in support messages.
Purpose and service providers
Order information is used to perform the purchase contract, provide course access, and maintain completion records. Security information helps protect the service. Records may also be retained for applicable accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell customer information or use order records for advertising.
Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare provides traffic routing and security, and the website runs on our hosting provider’s server. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it outside your country.
Retention and requests
Records are retained while needed for course access, support, fraud prevention, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to contact a supervisory authority.
