Terms of purchase
These terms apply to KimboJersey courses, operated by KimboJersey Academy in Poland.
Courses and pricing
The curriculum, formats, requirements, and scope are stated on each course page. Prices are in US dollars, payable once. The displayed purchase total is the amount charged and includes any applicable taxes. Third-party subscriptions, API usage, live instruction, individual grading, certification, custom implementation, and future updates are not included.
Payment and immediate supply
Payments are processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Courses are unlocked after payment is confirmed. By choosing immediate delivery, you request supply of the digital content after payment. Where the law permits, your change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply begins following your express consent and acknowledgement. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content remain unaffected.
License and access
Your purchase includes a non-exclusive license to learn from and retain the supplied materials. You may apply the skills and adapt the practical worksheets and code for your own or client projects under the included license. You may not redistribute the lessons, workbook, quizzes, or substantially equivalent course bundle as a standalone product, or share private purchase access links.
Online access is available while this service operates and your purchase is valid. It is not a lifetime hosting commitment. Download and keep a local copy. The course ZIP includes the full license; copyright in original materials is retained by the operator.
Practical limits
These are educational materials. Examples and offline labs may use authored practice data and simulated model outputs. They do not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice. Review any real-world implementation for its context. No particular business, employment, revenue, certification, or technical outcome is guaranteed.
Issues and consumer rights
See the refund policy for defects, duplicate charges, and access problems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
