Good questions.
Clear answers.
What does a course include?
A course-specific sequence of written lessons, practical exercises, knowledge checks, and a downloadable ZIP with the course, workbook, and supporting files. Each course page lists its learning objectives, curriculum, and prerequisites.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. The first lesson of every course is free to read, including its exercise and knowledge-check question. Enrollment unlocks the remaining lessons, answer feedback, and saved progress.
Are these video courses or live classes?
No. The lessons are written and self-paced. There are no scheduled classes, live tutors, individual exercise grading, or video lessons. Read and practice when it suits you.
Do I need an AI subscription or API key?
No API key or paid AI subscription is required for the supplied practice examples and offline labs. The examples use authored practice outputs. Optional offline capstones require Python 3.10 or newer. Your own experiments with third-party services are separate.
How do I access a purchased course?
After Stripe confirms payment, your private order page provides a course link and a ZIP download. Save that page’s address privately. It is also saved in My learning on that browser when browser storage is available. There is no password-based account or email delivery.
Why did my lesson link expire?
Course and download links last 24 hours. Reopen your private order page to get fresh links while your purchase remains valid. The private order address is your way back; do not share it.
Can I continue on another device?
Open your saved private order link on the other device, or paste it into My learning. We verify the purchase before showing the courses. Completion is linked to your purchase; the list of saved order links is local to each browser.
How is progress recorded?
For a purchased course, acknowledge that you completed the exercise and answer the knowledge check. A correct answer records that lesson as complete. Your exercise text stays in your own notes; this site does not collect or grade it.
Can I keep the course?
Yes. Download the ZIP and retain your course copy under the included license. Online access is provided while the service operates; we do not promise lifetime hosting or future updates.
Will I receive a certificate?
No. These courses focus on practical learning and do not offer accreditation, certification, or a guaranteed career or business outcome.
How do payments work?
When enrollment is enabled, checkout takes place on Stripe. Courses are one-time purchases in US dollars. The displayed total includes any applicable taxes. No shipping charges or course subscription are added.
What if I lose my order link?
Contact support with your order reference or the purchase information on a Stripe receipt, if one was issued. We need to verify the purchase before restoring access. Do not send full card details or passwords.
Still need a hand?
