Review the curriculum, free preview, and requirements before purchasing. Digital courses and files are supplied after confirmed payment.
Problems with a purchase
If you cannot access purchased lessons, receive a corrupt archive, or find that the supplied content materially differs from its description, contact support. Include the order reference, course name, and a brief explanation. We will assess the issue and provide a correction, replacement, refund, or other remedy as appropriate and required by law.
Duplicate charges
Contact support if the same purchase was charged more than once. Once a duplicate is verified, the duplicate payment can be refunded to the original payment method.
Change of mind
Where applicable law allows it, a change-of-mind cancellation right may end after digital supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement. Any statutory cancellation rights that still apply remain available. Rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are unaffected.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. The time taken to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. Online access and fresh download links may be withdrawn for refunded purchases.
